Where is my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link that has been sent to your email.

This means we have received your order and it now is on its way to being processed and shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive another email notifying you of this and including a tracking link.

Our standard delivery and free delivery lead times are 3-5 working days. If you select next-day delivery when placing your order and submit your order using ‘Next Day’ option before 2 pm on a weekday, you will receive your parcel the next working day.

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and one of our friendly customer service agents will be able to assist you with canceling your order.

You can send back your parcel in 14 days as long as it is unused and unopened. If there is a problem with your item, we will give you a full order refund. If there is no fault with the item, then we will deduct the delivery cost from the refund.We do have a service available for you to get a return label to send the items back to us. Please contact customer services to obtain a return label within 48 hours.

You may have seen some of our towels products with the title ‘Egyptian Collection‘. This is just our brand name that we decided to use when we started our company, to emphasize the quality of our product. The cotton is not directly from Egypt, but we do ensure that our cotton comes from quality cotton fields in the USA & Southeast Asia. The cotton that we choose for our towels is the best quality available in the current market, Our towels are manufactured in an ISO 9001-2000 certification factory.

Due to us cutting out the ‘middle man’, we have control over the quality of our products and the prices we sell them at. All our products are priced according to quantity tiers. The more you buy, the more you save. If you need a quantity that is more than the available quantity on the product, contact us to receive a custom quote.

In most cases, yes. However, there could be a few cases where we will have different batches of the same towel range. In those instances, you may see a slight difference in the colour shade between a bath towel & hand towel. If you are not sure, pleaseĀ  contact us, and our friendly customer service team will confirm whether we can meet the order with matching sets or not.

We don’t have a physical shop, if you’d like to buy some products, feel free to visit our warehouse in Bolton. If you wish to come by our warehouse, you will need to arrange an appointment with us first by calling us on 0161 832 3054.

A small amount of our products for example curtains and blankets, are housed in a secondary warehouse which means these products may possibly take an additional 2-3 days to be delivered compared to the times stated upon our delivery page. The remaining bulk of the products will be delivered in the stated timeframe as per our delivery page.
