About DPD Pickup

What is DPD Pickup?

DPD Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. DPD Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office.

There are thousands of pickup locations for you to choose from.

Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.

Not only that, DPD Pickup reduces carbon emissions by over 85% compared to home delivery.  By choosing DPD Pickup, you’re choosing the sustainable delivery option.

How does it work?

At checkout, just select the DPD Pickup option and select a nearby DPD Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive a notification email from DPD when your order is ready to be collected.

The opening hours of the DPD Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email, allowing you to collect at a convenient time for you.

DPD Pickup Points have extended opening times, and will hold your parcel securely until you’ve arrived at a time which is convenient for you to collect it.

How do I know when my order is ready to pick up?

You will be notified via email from DPD confirming that your parcel is ready for collection.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You will have the opportunity to pick up your parcel for up to 7 days, following its arrival at the DPD Pickup Point. 

What happens if the order is not picked up?

If you haven’t picked up the order after 7 days, it will be dispatched back to the retailer by DPD, on the 8th day. 

What do I need to do to pick up my order?

You just need to bring your DPD Pickup Pass with you, which was sent via email from DPD, when you arrive to collect your package.

What makes DPD Pickup more sustainable than home delivery?

Choosing to pick up your order from a DPD Pickup point is better for the environment than choosing home delivery. This is simply because by DPD having the service of a Pickup point, they can make consolidated deliveries, rather than going door to door. 

By providing multiple items to one place, less road miles are covered by DPD drivers.

This results in fewer trucks on our roads and a reduction in carbon emissions by 85%, making DPD Pickup the sustainable choice.

Due to Brexit, the cost of Returns from Europe is met solely by the customer. 

Refunds & Returns:

Quality is at the top of the list here, and we’re confident that you’ll absolutely love our products. If you do have any issues with our items, please fill in our Returns Form.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us in the original packaging within 14 days, and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost. Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost. 

If there is a problem or defect with the composition of the product, you can return it to us or contact us for a return label, and we will issue a complete refund.

When returning any item(s) to us, you take responsibility for the item(s) until we receive them.  We advise you to use a courier that provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well-packed to prevent any damage.

One Stop Linen holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival, and if an item has been damaged, used, or washed, no refund will be made.

If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item that does not have any manufacturing faults, you will be liable for the cost of return.

One Stop Linen has no liability to you for any delay in delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. During transport network delays, strikes, and adverse weather conditions, One Stop Linen will endeavor to keep you updated with the extent of any delays.
